About the Company
Facilitating Change is based in Dunblane, Scotland. We undertake assignments both nationally and internationally and work across a diverse mix of industries and cultures. We have a team of highly professional and experienced facilitators, each one with particular skills and knowledge areas which is why we are able to select the best possible facilitator to meet your specific requirements.

Values
As a company we aim to deliver the outcomes you require whilst at the same time treating people with respect and value. This should apply to all the people we deal with including all our clients, contractors and employees.
Our underpinning company ethos is based on a piece of advice from the Bible, James Chapter 3 verse 17: ‘But the wisdom that is from above is pure, peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy, impartial and sincere’. Although written hundreds of years ago we still feel that it is relevant to our company today.
Corporate Responsibility
Facilitating Change seeks wherever possible to develop partnerships with suppliers in Central Scotland.
