Chris Whitehead is the Managing Director of Facilitating Change (UK) Ltd. Chris is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and has many years experience facilitating internationally in a number of different sectors. He has successfully project managed a number of Public and Stakeholder Engagement programmes.

David Robertson has held Managing Director posts in two major advertising agency networks, he has first rate business and marketing experience. He also has extensive experience in people and organisational development and currently undertakes facilitation and leadership development work with a number of major UK companies.

Louise Robb is a qualified accountant with seventeen years’ business experience, thirteen of which have been as an Accountant and Director of Finance, who is now a Professional Facilitator and Trainer with significant experience both nationally and internationally in dealing with behavioural and communication issues.

Neil Millward has experience providing a range of services to private, public and not for profit sectors. Neil has provided report writing services during Facilitating Change workshops where the content has been very contentious and where there needed to be an accurate representation of what was said.

Kevin Heneghan has 15 years experience as Business Consultant, experienced in the areas of Behavioural Safety, Organisational Development and Group Facilitation Methods, Has worked with a wide range of companies in the private and public sectors, in many different countries. He has experience working on Development Management projects.

Richard Lloyd

Richard Lloyd has operated globally, selling, developing and executing training courses and workshops in change and performance improvement and facilitating many meetings, mostly where the outcome was critical to the business bottom line and where design of an appropriate process was critical.

Mel Morris is an inspirational coach and professional facilitator of teams and leaders with a highly supportive and motivational style. Mel has 18 Years of experience in designing, developing and delivering culture change programs in Behavioural Safety and Quality worldwide.

Di Airey spent 15 years in Human Resources roles within the holiday industry, financial services and motor industries. For the last 5 years of employment she specialised in diversity, development and change management, and held Diversity Manager Roles in the Prudential and Daimler Chrysler UK Ltd. She now works as a diversity consultant.

Dave Rees has experience of facilitating over 400 workshops throughout the world. Dave has worked in a variety of private sectors including defence, engineering, manufacturing and financial environments and in the public sector. He is a Certified Professional Facilitator, assessor of CPFs, an assessor of assessors and a process manager for certification events.

Tony Mitchell is a skilled senior executive with experience of line management and financial responsibility, up to and including Board level in a large plc. More recently he has operated as a senior consultant, implementing change in small enterprises and large organisations, across a wide range of technologies.
