Canada - The VOICE in health policy Project (VOICE):
A Guide to Collaborative Processes in Health Policy Development and their Implications for Action. Collaboration engages stakeholders in a distinct set of processes, continuous series of actions, events and changes. While we are usually aware that they are occurring, we don't always think about them in an organized manner. This guide is designed to support and enable a conscious and deliberate approach to these processes within a policy development context. This unique tool does not focus on what to do when participating in the policy development process, rather it centres on how to work with others within the policy environment. (28 pages)
