Arven Offshore Wind Farm has launched a virtual exhibition to share information about the offshore scoping process it is undertaking for its proposed wind farm to the east of Shetland. The virtual exhibition has been prepared by Facilitating Change (UK) Ltd and replicates the feel of a traditional public consultation event. It includes a welcome video from Project Director, Ewan Walker, informations boards, a feedback questionnaire, and a project brochure.
The proposed Arven Offshore Wind Farm is a 2.3GW floating offshore wind project. Its capacity represents the equivalent annual consumption of two million homes. Arven is being developed by Mainstream Renewable Power and Ocean Winds under a 50:50 joint venture. Facilitating Change’s involvement sees us working with Mainstream again, having supported them throughout the consenting process on their Neart na Gaoithe wind farm which is currently under construction.
